Shikokuchuo International Friendship Associationを略してSIFA（シーファ）です。広く国際交流についての理解や関心を高め、積極的に各種国際交流や多文化共生事業を行うことにより国際意識の高揚と諸外国との相互理解の増進を図り、国際親善に寄与することを目的として、平成5年2月24日に設立されました。

Established on February 24th 1993, SIFA is an abbreviation for the Shikokuchuo International Friendship Association. Our aim is to contribute to international goodwill by increasing understanding and interest in international exchange and by actively conducting various international and multicultural projects to raise awareness and promote mutual understanding with other countries.
