四国中央市国際交流協会概要

1. 目的

広く国際交流についての理解や関心を高め、積極的に各種国際交流事業や多文化共生事業を行うことにより、国際意識の高揚と諸外国との相 互理解の増進を図り、国際親善に寄与することを目的とします。

① 諸外国とのホームステイ等交流事業の実施

② 文化及びスポーツ交流事業の実施

③ 国際交流事業の啓蒙及び普及

⑤ 国際協力に関する事業の実施

⑥ 多文化共生に関する事業の実施

① 国際理解の環境づくりとサポート事業

国際感覚レベルアップセミナー、国際教養講座 ほか

​

② 青少年の国際感覚を育成

中学生海外派遣事業、イングリッシュキャンプ、国際理解教室 （幼・小・中学校）、

ホームステイ受入事業の実施（NZ、英国、米国ほか）

​

③ 多文化共生のまちづくり

地域在住外国人への日本語支援、多文化共生研究、多文化共生事業の実施

​

④ 国際協力事業

国際協力セミナー、国際協力フリーマーケット、世界の被災地支援活動

​

⑤ 国際交流協会の組織、基盤整備

SIFA会員による総会、理事会等の開催、会報誌、ホームページの充実、人材育成研修

⑥ 国際交流イベントなどの実施

外国人留学生・研修生らとの交流イベントの実施

About SIFA

​

1. Aims

SIFA (Shikokuchuo International Friendship Association) aims to increase interest in international understanding and

multiculutral coexistance by actively promoting international exchange activities. The goal of these activities is to improve international awareness and consciousness among peoples of many different counties and to improve international goodwill.

8. Event objectives

①　Implement international homestay programs with foreign countries 

②　Implement international cultural and sports activities

③　Deliver international relations events to the city citizens

④　Implement international relations events to young adults

⑤　Implement international cooperation events 

⑥　Implement events to promote multicultural co-existence 

   

9. Event summary 　

①　Developing awareness of International Understanding 

Activities that nurture and foster international understanding through International awareness seminars, International culture courses, etc. 

②　Youth International Education
Junior High school study abroad program, English camp, Halloween party
Visiting classes for kindergarten, elementary and middle school students, Homestay programs (NZ, England, America etc.)

③　Multicultural coexistance programs
Japanese classes for non-Japanese residents of Shikokuchuo, research to develop an understanding of multicultural coexistence, implement multicultural coexistence programs

④　International Cooperation Events
International cooperation seminars, Flea market, Support for areas struck by natural disasters

⑤　International Friendship Association Maintenance
SIFA General meeting, newsletter and homepage updates, Board meeting, workshops
