How to Join （会員になる方法）

1．Click on the registration form below, fill in the form, bring the membership fee to the SIFA office.

　　Location：SIFA office (Community Promotion Division, 3rd Floor)

　　Office Hours：Monday ~ Friday 8:30~17:15

                         （Excluding public holidays, New Years and Sat&Sun)

2．Register for an event you would like to attend. On the day, bring the membership fee plus the event participation fee. We will provide the registration form.
